What hardware do you run?

  • We run all of our VPS's on Dell servers with Dual Intel E5-2650 or better, RAID 10 SSDs, and 128GB DDR3 ECC RAM.

What are the benefits of Cloud VPS?

    Moving to cloud virtual servers can increase flexibility and scalability as well.

What ports are blocked?

  • We currently block TCP Port 25, 465, and 587 traffic due to high abuse.

    If you need these ports unblocked, please contact us to see if we can make an exception.

What type of support do you offer?

  • All of our VPSs are unmanaged - we provide support only for issues relating to our platform, not to your individual software or configuration

    However, we do have a 24x7x365 NOC that monitors tickets that are related to our platform specifically and can resolve them.
