Where will my equipment be located?
Your equipment will be colocated at our CDA01 datacenter in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. You can review the facility specifications or contact our team to discuss a visit.
Can I start with just one server?
Yes. Our single-server plan provides 1U of rack space, 1A at 120V, and 10TB of bandwidth on a 1Gbps port. Larger plans range from a quarter cabinet to a full cabinet.
What if I need more power or bandwidth?
We offer several power and bandwidth configurations, plus port upgrades up to 100Gbps. Contact us with your requirements so we can help you choose a suitable configuration.
Do you offer onsite help?
Remote hands are available 24/7. Our NOC handles urgent infrastructure issues, and general support is available 9am–5pm. Ask our team about the scope and cost of any onsite work.
How do I get my equipment into the facility?
