What hardware do you run?
We run our VPS platform on Dell servers with dual Intel Xeon E5-2680 v3 processors or better, enterprise Intel NVMe SSDs, and DDR4 ECC RAM.
What are the benefits of a cloud VPS?
A cloud VPS gives you isolated compute with redundant power and high-performance networking, plus the flexibility to start small and scale as your workload grows.
What ports are blocked?
We currently block TCP ports 25, 465, and 587 because of high abuse. If you need these ports unblocked, contact us to see whether we can make an exception.
What type of support do you offer?
All VPS plans are unmanaged. We support issues with our platform, not your individual software or configuration. A 24/7/365 NOC monitors platform-related tickets, and general support is available 9am–5pm.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is priced at ten months, so two months are included. Choose Yearly on the plan slider, then continue to the order form.
