How quickly can I get a server?

Stock configurations typically deploy in less than an hour after payment. Built-to-order servers, including E-2226G and Xeon Gold 6140, have a 14-day setup time. If you need a different layout, contact us and we’ll help you find available hardware.

What operating systems can I install?

We offer 20+ automatic operating system installs, including Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, and CentOS. Custom operating systems are available — ask us if you need something specific.

What is included with every dedicated server?

Every server includes 10Gbps DDoS protection, 5 IPv4 addresses, a /64 IPv6 allocation, IPMI/remote console, remote reboot, rDNS, and IP management.

Can I add more bandwidth or DDoS protection?

Yes. Port upgrades go to 10Gbps, 40Gbps, and 100Gbps. Unmetered bandwidth is available on 1Gbps and 10Gbps, and DDoS mitigation can be raised to 100Gbps. Contact us for 40Gbps or 100Gbps unmetered options.

What hardware do you use?

Dedicated servers run on SuperMicro, Dell, and HP platforms with Intel Xeon processors. Storage options include SSD, HDD, and NVMe, depending on the configuration.
